If its true, then I think it is fucking bullshit that Macedonians are forced to learn and speak greek in order to work in places like that. The casino’s are in Macedonia so these grk maggots should speak the language of the country. I can understand if French or English was a requirement, but grk? Come on.

It appears that in Macedonia there is no value or worth of the Macedonian language anymore, to do business you must speak grk, to make wonderful turbo-folk “music” you need to sing and have lyrics in srpski, and in Albanian inhabited areas you need to speak in Albanian as you don’t want to make the big bad shiptars angry!

But on the cassino itself, im still in two minds about it, but I guess that it creates more jobs and could possibly give something back to tiny gevgelijia…

Unfortunately it is true that Macedonians have to learn the Grk language to work in the hotels. Hotel Jugo in Gevgelija had a Swedish owner when I was there in 2005. The rule would come from the top down. That is no different when the hotel Flamingo was built.

      Mind Boggling !!

The Flamingo employs 450 people. The new princess hotel would employ around 1,000. I guess it is good for the region.

Come to think of it, I wouldn't mind learning the words "too many" in greek so I can take their money.
