This is the first round of the UEFA U-21 championship group stage qualifiers
Our nations have been drawn into group 9 along with England, Portugal and Lithuania.
Everyone plays each other twice, home and away
First place automatically qualifies, along with the 4 best second place teams

Would just like to mention that this website(UEFA.com) uses the acronym.
Im sorry, but I couldnt find another link-

    Referee: Prihoda (CZE)
My good man, am I understanding this alright? March 28th Macedonia will play Greece in Greece?

Will the game be televised on the Internet, since here in the States there is not much international football, except for US matches.

That is correct. Not the mens teams though, its under 21.

Im sure there will be a feed. If I find one i'll post it on the day of the game. Justin tv usually has feeds for such games, but they are of poor quality.

Like I said, I think they picked Tripolis for the match because it is in the south, and the tensions dont run as high over the Macedonian issue. If this game were to be played in Athens or Thessaloniki, it might get ugly, lol. Also there is not as much interest in the youth teams, as the mens teams.
On another note, the game is scheduled to be played just after our independence day (Mar 25)! I dont know who schedules these games, but they could of planned it a little better imo. Last year our mens team had to play a Euro qualifier, against Turkey, on March 25!!
Is FIFA looking to start a war???

If I find one I will post it for sure
Regardless of who wins or loses, I just hope for a good game with no bullshit by the fans...

            Is this your u-21 team!?
            Some pretty impressive clubs there...

On a serperate note, the draw for the quarter-finals of the UEFA champions league was held on friday.
            Here are the match-ups-

            Bayern Munich vs Barcalona
            Villareal vs Arsenal
            Porto vs Manchester United
            Liverpool vs Chelsea

Some great match-ups to say the least....

I'd be surprised. Talented players from foreign clubs yes. But rarely do they deliver the results, particularly away from home with the national team.

Almost our entire u-21 team plays in Greece, and dont have the experience of playing abroad as many of your players do. However, we have achieved some good results in some of the more recent tournaments, despite the fact our player development is pretty weak overall. It will be interesting to see how this match unfolds....

Macedonian club Pobeda(hope I spelled it right) is being accused by UEFA, the governing body of European football, of match fixing. The alleged fix came on July 13 2004, in a first round UEFA cup qualification match vs an Armenian club. The board of Probeda will have to face the UEFA courts April 17...

No atmosphere at the game, maybe 2000 people.
Macedonian and Greek flag are flying side by side above the stadium, imagine that....
