I am no big patriot and I am no big intellectual - I don't even come close. Its people like BC, SoM, RTG, Prolet, Bratot, Osiris, TM, Daskalot, Phoenix, Indigen and so many others who feel enormous pride about being Macedonians and want to defend our position. My faith in Macedonians has been shaken by these negotiations, by UMD and those like them. And its no secret that I am frustrated by the lunacy of it all.

But I can see when the Macedonian people are being royally skrewed over by people like yourself. By the tiny group of men and women who speak for them, speak on behalf of them in international and political forums - and are ever ready to stab them in the back. By those who fully back all the current structures and frameworks that have put impossible terms to the Macedonians, terms put to them by Greece and backed by Europe and NATO. The slavish worship of these institutions at UMD is neaseating.

As for your bullshit views (As Dzog "the Greek of Vlach descent") that the Macedonian people need not be consulted, or asked whether they want their historical identity negotiatined in the first place - you can go fk yourself - because if they were actually asked tommorrow whether they want this to continue or not the answer would be 'No'.

You took particular care to make sure you had a few digs at me personally while I was being censored at Maknews for my criticism of UMD. I won't forget what you did, whoever you claim to be.
Never give up Pelister, Macedonia needs you!

Denying that the President and Vice-president of UMD did not say those things means that any policy shift or policy change at UMD, if it was ever possible is now almost certainly never to happen.

The only alternative is for the President and Vice-President to resign, to be replaced by someone like Jordan.

Default UMD Welcomes Macedonia’s Contribution to Haiti Relief Effort

http://umdiaspora.org/content/view/456/1/

WASHINGTON, D.C. – January 21, 2010 – United Macedonian Diaspora (UMD) welcomes the decision of the Republic of Macedonia today to send $100,000 to assist the victims of Haiti’s devastating earthquake. Macedonia’s government also announced that additionally it will send a medical team to Haiti to directly assist the victims. Recently, the Republic of Macedonia’s capital city, Skopje, announced its intention to send another 25,000 Euros to Haiti.

“We are proud that, as a member of the international community, Macedonia is doing its part to bring relief to the people of Haiti,” stated UMD President Metodija A. Koloski. “Macedonians deeply sympathize with the plight of the Haitian people.”

Last week, UMD encouraged its membership and Macedonians throughout the world to donate to relief efforts for Haiti. According to current estimates, the devastating earthquake in Haiti has left up to 200,000 dead and almost 3 million homeless.

Public Talk (23 Feb, 2010), 3:30 pm.

Metodija Koloski, President, United Macedonian Diaspora.
“Integrating Macedonia into Global Institutions: The Role of the Macedonian Diaspora.” Since gaining independence in 1991, the Republic of Macedonia has transformed itself from a one party socialist state to a vibrant democracy and resilient economy. Macedonia is now qualified to join NATO, the EU and engage with the Asia-Pacific in search for a sustainable future. The Macedonian diaspora in Australia, Europe, and North America has played an important role in this transformation and repositioning.

The talk will place in the Wood Seminar Room (Old Kirk room 406). It is free and open to the public.

Sounds like quite an appropriate theme Meto, it will provide a golden and timely opportunity for you to set the record straight, considering the recent debates on here and other forums regarding UMD's previous statements.

Meto, choose your words very carefully...there's going to be many interested listeners and viewers...

They are not theories when the actual article exists, and is followed by a government, get that through your thick skull...

Should I re-post all of Rogi's and TM's responses to those quotes that you so conveniently ignored?

Phoenix, You make a good point but just remember one thing. Its not what somebody says as we all know we've had many sweet talkers in our time, its what they promise and deliver this is what counts.
