Makedonin, the first link you posted is from a song recorded by the Miladinovci in Struga, hence it is Macedonian. It looks like the Bulgars use it too, although most probably much less than us. Nevertheless, I will remove it from the list.

I just asked a group of old Turkish fellas who work for me about the words Bendisa and Kandisa - They have NEVER heard of these words and were puzzled when I told them.

The word 'Kalesh' or 'Kalash' in Turkish means 'shifty' or 'sneaky'.

Clearly, this banana bugaroman Slavcho Selimov was just another birdbrain here to spread lies. Kodosh zaeban.

What amazes me most is the complete denial of such pricks where it concerns the original features of the Macedonian language and the distinct possibility that many of the words commonly in use in various segments in the Balkans have emanated from us.

The audacity and nerve of such donkeys to deny all unique Macedonian words as foreign indicates the level of idiocy we have to contend with on a daily basis. Were it not for the Macedonian brothers from Salonika and their students, you bugari would still be using Greek letters or stick figures for your communication, show some respect ebavi prosti budali.

One of our newer members on the forum, Tribunal, has pointed out a song from Thrace (in modern Bulgaria) that utilised the word 'Kandisa'.

The song is called Danova Mamo and is sung by Binka Dobreva, who is from Yambol in the south-east of Bulgaria.

Given that Yambol does not exactly border the Macedonian region, it could have been argued that it is a word shared in both Macedonia and Thrace, but not Bulgaria proper (Moesia). However, the below indicates that Yambol was a place that received an influx of refugees from Macedonia after the Ilinden Uprising, which means that it could have been brought with the Macedonians.

It also hosted Bulgarian Macedonian refugees from the failed 1903 Ilinden Uprising.

There is another similar word called Sandisa, which is more than likely related to the (d)isa group of words we have recently discussed.

Again, a quick effort to try and find a meaning for these words in the Bulgarian language via google translate produces nothing.

These are Macedonian, or at the very most, Macedono-Thracian words.
