Its not impossible to make that up based on previous years, 20% in 2 hours has happened, but that was in years where turnout was higher.

This looks like it might not even hit 40%

The real question has always been, what does the government make of it and what will they do.

I want to know the Yes/No vote percentages.

One comment: I just noticed that [B]ШУТО ОРИЗАРИ[/B] is at 24,51%. Even the Roma and Albanians did not turn out there.
