Why are Macedonians so retarded that they refuse to learn the most basic of lessons from their history?

Take their interactions with Greece for example, Macedonians signed an agreement to give up their flag and negotiate their name on the basis that Greece would not veto their applications to join NATO and the EU. After Macedonia held it end of the agreement, Greece refused to honour its end and Vetoed its applications anyway.

Instead of declaring the agreement null and void, Macedonians have now decided to sign another agreement with Greece, this time agreeing to erase its identity and history in the hope that Greece will not again hinder its applications into NATO and the EU, yet has allowed as part of the new agreement to still give Greece the right to Veto it’s applications if it changes its mind or feels like it after Macedonia has fulfilled it’s part of the agreement... even mentally retarded people have more sense then that, yet here we are...
