Now days, Macedonia is independant and control there own destiny Where as Australia's label of land of opertunity has Gone IMO.

The tide has turned. i have whitnessed many from macedonia come down and head back with negetive thoughts of Australia and its life style. I have relatives that have Brought back girls who are disapointed that this place is not what they expected. Recent trip to europe, sugests they are evan worse. Now that the Pension agreement has been sighned, Macedonian built up suburbs in Australia will be ghost towns.

Times were tough and times are tough there now.. many that I have spoken would leave the first opportuntity they get..

Kje bidime setne malcinsvo i shiptarite ke prat shto sakat. opasno kje bidi. But i am confident that the young generation will realise money does not grow on trees over the border just like it does'nt in macedonia. Europe don't have jobs for there own people, why would they give special preferance to macedonians.

Anyway, this visa free would only be a visiting right. Just enough for them to see reality i supose and then once they see its not what they expected, they will run back home. There is no place like home.

look Oz is at the end of the world and it's so bloody expensive to go back to Macedonia. I don't live permanently in Macedonia but go back every 2 months, spend my money there and keep close to family. If I worked in Skopje with the wages I probably would travel to Kriva Palanka that often.
People want to travel, visit family, see cities and the good thing is they will realise that it's not pink roses in the EU and that Macedonia is actually very good. They should be allowed and should have the right to travel. I love the fact that I can get on the plane to most places and not worry about visas, immigration, interviews etc. Why shoudn't my family be able to enjoy the same benefits?

31 октомври 2009 година, Скопје, Македонија - Референдумот е легитимно право на граѓаните за непосредно остварување на власта, а одлуката на референдумот е задолжителна. Но, прашањето за државното име Македонија е затворено со референдумот од 8 септември 1991 година, кога македонскиот народ и граѓаните на Македонија во апсолутно мнозинство гласаа „за самостојна и суверена држава Македонија“ без додавки и придавки! Нов референдум нема да биде референдум за одбрана на државното име Македонија, туку за негова трајна промена. Исто како што Македонија со медијаторство на Обединетите Нации не разговара за замена на времената референца „поранешна Југословенска Република“ со ново меѓународно име, туку за разликата за државното име Македонија во односите со Атина, што не значи негова промена! Притоа, меѓународно име е државното име Македонија, а името на македонскиот народ е нераскинливо поврзано со името на државата Македонија. Секоја промена на државното име Македонија значи трајна промена на името на македонскиот народ, бидејќи по меѓународно право националноста како синоним за државјанство по автоматизам се определува од името на нацијата како синоним за држава. Идентитетот на нацијата е името на државата!

Затоа, Светскиот Македонски Конгрес бара итен и безусловен прекин на разговорите за разликата за државното име Македонија во односите со Атина и продолжување на членството во Обединетите Нации и во сите меѓународни организации под државното име Македонија со можност за употреба на уставната референца „Република“ без латинична транскрипција на македонскиот јазик туку на англиски јазик „The Republic of Macedonia“ со меѓународниот код МК односно МКД, како јасна разлика од истоимената северна грчка провинција Јужна Македонија. Барањето на Атина и притисокот на Европската Унија за промена на државното име Македонија претставува геноцид врз македонскиот народ и злосторство врз човештвото!

Светскиот Македонски Конгрес ги повикува парламентарните партии, претседателот на Републиката, пратениците и министрите на единство за одбрана на државното име, а не на велепредавство за негова трајна промена!

Македонците се за пристапување на Македонија во сојуз со Европската Унија и НАТО, но доколку грчкиот геноцид врз македонскиот народ, антимакедонизмот на Атина и промената на државното име Македонија се вредност за солидарност на Брисел и Стразбур со Грција, се отфрла членувањето во овие сојузи на држави.

Македонците од сите делови на Македонија во целиот свет се: за неповредливост на македонско-грчката граница, за македонско-грчко помирување, за враќање на државјанствата и имотните и наследните права на насилно прогонетите Македонци од Егејскиот дел на Македонија од балканските војни и граѓанската војна во Грција, за договор за траен мир и добрососедство меѓу Република Македонија и Република Грција, и се откажуваат од ексклузивното право врз културата и историјата на Македонија како дел од културно-историскиот идентитет на сите балкански демоси како современи политички нации во чијашто основа е македонскиот етнос независно од разликите во читањето на историјата дури и независно од разликите меѓу современите литературни јазици како производ на современите политички нации, но ги отфрлаат притисоците за промена на државното име Македонија!

Светскиот Македонски Конгрес апелира до Соединетите Американски Држави да не го погазуваат стратешкото партнерство со Македонија, да се откажат од притисоците за промена на државното име Македонија и да останат доследни на одлуката за признавање од 3 ноември 2004 година!
