Treacherous clown Ivon Velickovski's proposal to ban the Macedonian Sun Fails

Gocka, the keen follower of Macedonian politics will know that there is a general understanding between Macedonian and Albanian political parties not to get involved in the affairs of the other. Obviously its not always the case, but its generally what happens. DUI abstaining is no surprise - that's what they've (and DPA) always done in these types of votes.

So then what you are left with is pretty much a state within a state. If neither side interferes in the others interests then both are left to do what ever they want. All I wanted to point out is that yet again it is obvious that the albanians do not want to help us achieve our goals even if it is to no detriment to them. They are only in it for themselves which guarantees that Macedonia will never be a harmonious and stable country. How can we ever live together in peace with mutual respect and cooperation when they refuse to act in good faith on even the simplest matters.

The vote was clearly going to be no regardless of what they voted but voting no would have been a simple gesture to show support for our identity. You know relations are poor when you are not even trying to save face and pretend that you care.

It really annoys me that they dont care what we think of them. They are 25% of the country at most and they dont feel that they need to at least pretend to give a shit about the much larger majority. They have no regard for us not even fear, and that's pretty sad on our part.

In my opinion the Albanians abstaining to vote only shows that they will never act in good faith toward us. They say they want equal rights and peace and prosperity, but they really just hate us, and would love nothing more then to sink us. Think about how big of a show of support it would have been if even dui voted No, they have been given a great opportunity to show Macedonians that we can live together with out conflict. As always though if it is not in their benefit then they do not care, they have nothing to lose from Macedonians retaining their identity but they just dont care because they are selfish people who do not want to live together in peace and harmony.

I suspect they would have voted an equally resounding 'no' to that proposal also.

They often abstain from matters specifically relating to Macedonians because they simply don't care, unless they can find an opportunity to exploit the situation for their own benefit. To be honest, it shouldn't concern them anyway, especially if their only intent is to vote out of spite.

VMRO-DPMNE and SDSM voted against the ban on the use of the flag Symbol

Only the initiator ( and dickhead), LP MP Yvon Velickovski voted for the proposed law banning the use of symbol Symbol (Vergina). Lawmakers SDSM and VMRO-DPMNE were against DUI and MPs abstained.

Velickovski explained that if they ban the use of this symbol as part of the commitments our country has taken the Interim Agreement signed with Greece in 1995 , to encourage good neighborly relations are important for Euro-Atlantic aspirations.

For lawmakers to VMRO - DPMNE eventual ban of symbol Symbol means breach national identity .

Само предлагачот, пратеникот на ЛП Ивон Величковски гласаше за предложениот закон за забрана за употреба за симболот на Кутлеш (Вергина). Пратениците на СДСМ и на ВМРО-ДПМНЕ беа против, а пратениците од ДУИ беа воздржани.

Величковски образложи дека доколку се забрани употребата на овој симбол, што е дел од обврските што нашата држава ги презела со Привремената спогодба потпишана со Грција во 1995 година, ќе се поттикнат добрососедските односи што се важни за евроатланските аспирации на земјава.

За пратениците на ВМРО-ДПМНЕ евентуалната забрана на симболот од Кутлеш значи задирање во македонскиот национален идентитет.
