VEr eye opening.We shouldn't avoid our roots that we have the macedonian language existing from prehistoric times.With macedonian gods which others copied.Also it stands in stark contrast that their are theories of where we are connected to slavs etc.But our existence & our language negates that.Both language & people testify to macedonian existence & all those theories fall by the wayside.TAsko beleives that everything there is myths etc religion started first with the macedonians.Macedonians should get preeminence rather than other countries."Ido not want an uprising of people that would leave me at the first failure, I want revolution with citizens able to bear all the temptations to a prolonged struggle, what, because of the fierce political conditions, will be our guide or cattle to the slaughterhouse"

George, impressionable Macedonian youngsters read this forum. You are promoting someone who hurts Macedonia's claims rather than helps them. I haven't watched the clip yet, and while I don't wish to pass judgement before I do, I can't help but agree with TM. Greece is full of deluded people that cling to all & sundry myths. The strange thing is that they are better for it because it binds them together. Whilst I have not seen the video nor do I support every crazed Macedonian theory, I do see the benefits that others might not in this regard.Risto the Great

We've had this discussion in the past before, and I retain my previous position - this sort of garbage is counter-productive to the Macedonian Cause, and we don't need to seek unity through delusional garbage that will have more serious implications for future generations. In what way are Greeks better for it (as it relates to some idiotic theories about antiquity and beyond)? How have those idiotic theories binded them? TM you haven't watched the video you should watch it before you comment.TM the professor is actually affirming the macedonian identity of how it has preexisted from prehistoric times.oing by the video.If he can corroborate what he says all the more better.
As i said i have reached a conclusion based on the video.If you guys know so much why don't you invite him to this forum or one of the forums like maknews to speak & answer questions.The only thing i personally agree with him is the macedonia continuum from earliest of times.Don't fotget a theory is a theory.Also TM you should let the young people make their minds up forthemselves about macedonia not just what some professor says.I thought you should know that a theory is as good as the empirical evidence.TM why don't you invite the good professor to answer questions at the mto.I'm sure we have a huge backlog.If he doesn't cooberate his work well that's less accepted his yheories will be.
