Koine is what was used in East Rome. Ancient Greek usually refers to Attic, so there is no answer to your question.

Why are you asking this question on a Macedonian forum where the Greek language is foreign?

I didn't understand what exactly you are looking for. A phrase, similar to RIP, was ἀνάπαυσον τὴν ψυχὴν τοῦ δούλου σου (=Rest the soull of your servant), or Αναπαύσου εν ειρήνη (=Rest In Peace) but I don't know if this was included in what they usually wrote on gravestones. A short phrase people say when someone dies is not RIP but Αιωνία του η μνήμη (=may he always be remembered)
The words read in funerals, are among the most beautiful and poetic of Greek Orthodox Church(!) especially the phrase:

wgat's your point in all this as RiP Requiescat In Pace which is Latin for "may he/she rest in peace" is a katin term.
