As far as i remember, they were tagging the cars from Macedonia as FYROM with spray paint last year and now they are doing this. It`s obvious that they don't wanna see you there and humiliating Macedonians in every opportunity. Despite such things, it`s interesting to read that 400.000 from total of 2 million Macedonians going to Greece every year. Well, maybe next year, they might require from Macedonians to wear FYROM sticker on your left arm while in Greece.

I don't know this man personaly...but i read on FB how a Macedonian was ordered to take his top off at Athens airport because it displayed the Macedonian sun. Thats Razers European democracy for yah.

I heard a similar story where the guy was asked to take of his red/yellow macedonia shirt at the border, so he immediately took it off, revealing his macedonian patriotic tattoos...

Where did these Turkish/Vlach/Albanians now called modern Greeks find the money to produce these stickers, last time i watched television (Today) they were queuing up for food hand outs in Athens..... apparently they have some financial crisis and are receiving bail outs and warned not to waste their money.

In civilised countires its a road traffic infringement to obscure a vehicles number plate, it seems that the authorities in modern greece just do whatever they like, regardless of laws.
Another clear example of the dysfunctionality of a EU member...

A MELBOURNE grandfather holidaying with his two sons has been branded a "security threat" and denied entry to Greece.


Greek-born George Kiriakidis, 67, was stopped by Greek police as he tried to cross the Macedonian-Greek border yesterday.

Mr Kiriakidis’ wife Mary said she was in a state of shock.

"He was only going with his boys to find their heritage, I can’t believe he’s a security risk,’’ she said.

“He’s never done anything political in his life, he’s worked all his life.”

Mrs Kiriakidis was only told the news by a relative at 2am today and wasn’t sure if her husband would continue travelling.

Speaking to 3AW, she said her husband had been living in Australia since 1960 and had worked as a builder ever since.

The Kiriakidis’, who have four grandchildren, visited Greece 19 years ago with no travel problems.

The Mill Park man left for Macedonia on Sunday with two of his three children, John, 38 and Lazarus, 29.

“It was going to be bonding time with the boys, they were going to see where their dad came from and visit their relations,’’ Mrs Kiriakidis said.

that's really stupid for the greek authorities to prevent people from returning to their roots.
They should be exposed for the absolute frauds the greek authorities are.What right do they have to interfere with people's rights..To declare that they are a security risk is utterly stupid & a stupid stance.

Министерството за надворешни работи предмалку и врачи протестна нота на грчката амбасадорка во земјава Александра Пападополу поради праксата на лепење на налепници на македонските возила со нови регистарски таблици од страна на грчките гранични служби.

Во нотата се наведува дека новите таблици се во согласност со стандардите на ЕУ и се потсетува на член 14 од Времената спогодба за почитување на меѓународото право за транзит, телекомуникации, знаци и кодови.

Во нотата силно се реагира поради употребата на кратенката ФИРОМ на налепниците кои ги ставаат грчките цариници на возилата од Македонија.

I was talking to my First cousin last night and he was telling me a story when he was working in Melbourne in the 1970's... He nearly lost his job for fighting with a so called greek.. the argument was that this so called greek was telling my cousin that MACEDONIA DOES NOT EXIST, THERE IS NO MACEDONIA...!!!!!!!!!

How short memories these gypsies have....

Indeed, prior to 1991 greeks always referred to us as Yugoslavs and were adamant there were no Macedonians or Macedonia....meanwhile we were flying the flag with the Vergina sun.....
