Will be Lake Ohrid for 8 days from 9 - 15 August and then again 31 August - 5 Sept, and travelling in between Turkey, and all of Macedonia, pardon my silliness, where is Rascekor?
Would love to meet with everyone too
Will try and meet up with Jankovska en route, will be in London first day en route and last day with a whirlwind Scotland, Ireland 7 day visit.
Looking forward to this trip, and seeing my 1st cousins on both sides after 40 years !"The moral revolution - the revolution of the mind, heart and soul of an enslaved people, is our greatest task."__________________Gotse Delchev

it is the nightclub in Bitola lol Julie it's a nightclub that's been around for a long time (over a decade). everyone who has been to Bitola seems to have a rascekor story... I have dozens!Originally posted by Phoenix View Post=nightclub in Bitola...
You heading over, Phoenix?
Julie I'm swinging past London too! Where in Turkey are you headed? I was thinking a week in Antalya might do me some good but my experience in Istanbul two years ago really scared me off Turkish peeps. The men were so forward and aggressive, I couldn't cope.
Going to spend some time in Struga and Ohrid too. Man I really need this break!
Places I'm not visiting if I can avoid it: Skopje and Prilep. Well with the exception of pivo fest (doesn't count if you're surrounded by foreigners)... but then again I hear there's an amazing Thai restaurant in Prilep so i dunno... Def not touching Skopje

Skopje is a bit meh during summer. there's no one really there, it's really hot and dirty and there's nothing to see. prefer it in spring/autumn.
