Frank I was travelling in a train in Italy Padua to Venice it was a non smoking the conductor lit up while checking my ticket when I confronted him he just shrugged his shoulders as if to say so what . An unrelated fact, but allowing smoking on planes used to ensure that the air quality on the plane was higher as the airline was forced to refresh the air more regularly. However since smoking has stopped, the airlines refresh air the bare minimum due to financial reasons, which has led to a decline on the quality of air on planes as it is recycled many times before new air is brought into the plane.
