Unfortunately I was not able to attend.
But a friend of mine has advised me that 2 Greeks felt the urge to attend and they felt compelled to declare that "Bitola used to be called Monastiri and had a Greek population".

Apparently they were chased out of the place.

I wish I was there, I am still looking for real Greeks in any part of Macedonia.

UMD brought this film to the 18th Annual Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival in 2009. Here is the link: http://umdiaspora.org/content/view/438/52/

The director Jill Daniels took questions after the screening. Here are the questions and answers: YouTube - Next Year in Lerin Q & A

Great job to Zoran Lozevski and team for bringing it to Australia!

Something about the first guy speaking in the above clip.
I am sure he ended up in the Republic and educated himself in the literary language. But feel it would have more impact if he spoke in his native dialect.

This thread was created with the purpose of advertising in Australia, and promised the hard working promoter Zoran Lozevski to put it out there for Macedonians here. I would appreciate it if it can remain as such, and for comments pertaining to the movie, thank you
