What I'm saying is that taxes collected from ALL CITIZENS should go to the needs of all citizens regardless of ethnicity and where they live.. do you think that people of that village in kumanovo (kosturnik) haven't paid enough taxes over the decades to warrant a simple school in which they can be educated in their mother tongue (which the law allows)

How do you think schools are paid for? You either collect the money yourself or the state collects it on your behalf. Either way, YOUR money pays for YOUR schools. Paying for it directly saves you the bureaucratic BS and waste, so stop whinging.
