UMD does have a constitution, but good luck getting a hold of it.

Ok let me put it this way, apparently there is a UMD constitution or set of rules or guidelines that all UMD members and affiliates bind by and its not for public viewing.

IS this true?

and if so..... what type of a constitution is only available to those that are of a high rank in this organisation, and one of whom is registered in Australia as a charity org, and is not available for public viewing?
