    Thats Sky Wings

Well that's pretty good news at long last we can have something of our own.

This airline is a joke just like every other airline which has existed in Macedonia and pretty much the entire aviation industry there.

The owner of the the airline is a Macedonian Torbes who has employed a Bulgarian as his chief pilot, in doing so only 4 Macedonian pilots are left in the company while there are 8 Bulgarian pilots, all nearing their retirement age, which is 65 for a commercial pilot. Soon enough it will be all Bulgarians flying for the airline. I saw a photo of the new aircraft arriving in Skopje, as it taxied towards the apron, the Bulgarian captain opened his window and leaned out holding the Macedonian flag, grin ear to ear.

By the way, this airline has been operating in Macedonia for a while, first they had an Antonov 24 flying Ohrid-Sofia in 2008 if i remember correctly, during the summer period. After the fall of MAT, they acquired a B737-300, however they were only operating charter flights, a few months ago they received permission to operate scheduled flights from Macedonia, hence they have acquired another B737-300.

Blagojce, Sky Wings sponsor FK Rabotnicki are you sure they are not very good??

The new MAT (Kontiki Tour) the Serbs seem ok, for short distances. We need those cheap air lines like Ryan Air,Whizz Air or Ezy Jet.

They are far from business orientated, soon enough they will go bankrupt just like all the other airlines in MK. Skywings supporting Rabotnicki, does it make it okay for them to be only hiring Bulgarian pilots and firing pretty much all their Macedonian pilots?

What do you mean the new MAT is okay for short distances? they are a charter airline, they do not offer scheduled flights. they will soon enough transfer their aircraft to Serbia as they plan on taking over Avioigenex, the charter airline their.
