Better yet, explain how these people would be treated in Macedonia if they changed their names back. Then compare if the Macedonians in Greece changed their names back ... how would they be treated in Greece?

Mbourdes, Turks and Albanians retain their original surenames.

The ones you listed are surenames of Macedonians with muslim faith (Torbeshi). They too, live in western Macedonia (mostly)

Bakoyannis is the surname of the Greek FM, but sometimes she is called Bakoyanni. Is this a grammatical feature for females only?

You are correct. Females dont add the s on the end, if the name ends in idis the female will be idou. Just like the women are ovska instead of ovski. Another example.. Maria Sharapov(a)

What is 'soj ' ? , a burrowed word from Greek i will assume, does 'moi rod' mean the same thing?
