A BBC crew will stay in Macedonia for a week to make a reportage on the country, Krusevo and its ongoing ethno manifestation. Reporters of UK's biggest public medium will film the town, its beautiful surrounding and touristic opportunities as well as historical sites.
The crew will visit Krusevo during the "Krusevo-Ethno Town" event, which was opened Sunday and ahead of annual observances of the Ilinden Uprising - Macedonia's national holiday (August 2).
According to BBC, the reportage on Macedonia and Krusevo is expected to be aired in mid August on BBC-World.
The upcoming reportage is being jointly prepared by BBC and the International Office for Economic Promotion of Macedonia in Great Britain, Ireland and Iceland, which is based in London. Its manager Kosta Koteski stated for local media that the project prepared by the British medium company is an outstanding opportunity for a new global promotion of Macedonia due to the fact that BBC-World is watched by over 75 million viewers worldwide.

This is great. I don't want to sound negative, but these days I've been so conditioned - if they made a documentary all my focus would be on the moment they use the term 'Slav' which would spoil it for me. Why can't people just respect our wishes.
A group of 30 horsemen dressed in komiti national clothes Monday evening will head at the traditional Ilinden march to Krusevo and on August 2 will participate at celebration event marking the Ilinden Uprising.
Culture Minister Elizabeta Kanceska - Milevska who sponsors the event will address the sending-off ceremony of horsemen in the yard of "SS. Petar and Pavle" church in Gorno Lisice.
Mayors of Skopje and Aerodrom municipality Koce Trajanovski and Ivica Konevski will attend the event.

In the name of the blood and the sun, the dagger and the gun, Christ protect this soldier, a lion and a Macedonian.
The real deal!
Not some Greeks celebrating their battle for independence with no acknowledgment of external assistance.
This is a real historical event.
And I defy anyone who questions events such as that of Metchkin Kamen in comparison to any battles of historical significance.
.... Again .... no external assistance whatsoever.
