The first three are Christian kings, the second Pagan and the third Jewish kings.

SoM, what you posted is an image of the Nine Worthies as females in whic case the Pagan one's are Lucretia, Veturia and Virginia; Christian are Helena of Constantinople, Bridget of Sweden and Elizabeth of Hungary; and the Jewish are Esther, Judith and Jael.

        14th Century - Nine Worthies

        16th Century - Korenich Rolls

        17th Century - Ohmuchevich

Do you think, given the very similar image and colour feature, that there is a connection between this heraldry of Alexander and the Macedonian coat of arms as displayed by the likes of Dushan, Urosh, Korenic, etc? The Nine Worthies and the Macedonian coat of arms both appear during the 14th century, could one have been influenced by the other?

The lion has always been a symbol of Macedonia and the Macedonians, the relation among all of the symbols above concerning Alexander and Macedonia as perceived during the Medieval period cannot be denied.
