No idea SoM, as i have never heard it spoken.
Although I would assume it sounds how it is spelled, as the letters are all the same, and represent the same sounds that are associated with them today.
I can only be certain on what i can understand written-wise.

On a different note, and if i am mistaken I sincerely apologize, but i can not understand why the continuity of the greek language would bother Macedonians into vehemently disputing it. I dont see how this continuity changes anything in regards to the Macedonian people.

I am not disputing continuity of the language. But to ignore the impact of Katharevousa on the modern language is almost denial about "aspects" of the continuity in the language.
