The Greek Armed Forces have active personnel of 180,000 people. In case of war the Hellenic Army alone mobilizes an additional 150,000 people. I don’t know the reserves for Navy and Air force.

Yeah, an alternative is that you hand yourselves to Albania and Bulgaria. That solves both the name dispute AND the interethnic clashes and saves your people from learning foreign languages.

Yeah, an alternative is that you hand yourselves to Albania and Bulgaria. That solves both the name dispute AND the interethnic clashes and saves your people from learning foreign languages.

That may be an alternative for you and your likes which you have been used to - demanding/extorting/stealing and acquiring by any means available. If we are to apply your methodology and take your approach and be selfish and inhumane and deny people the right to self identify amongst many other things, then here's a suggestion for you and your kind - go and dig a very deep hole and all of you can jump in committ suicide and the entire world will be rid of a financially and morally bankrupt group of confused platesmashers who beleive they are something they are truly not! Then we will solve the name dispute, the Eurozone crisis, falsifaction of history, fraudulent behaviour.......just to name a few benefits for mankind in general!
However if you truly desire an amicable solution to the name dispute in a more civilised manner in accordance with international standards and law.....feel free to provide that alternative, otherwise adopt the first recommendation I have provided you!

What do you find unclear in "against the will of the Macedonian people"?Macedonians fought alongside Greeks,Serbs and Bulgarians against the Ottomans in 1912,believing they were there to help them expel the Ottomans and free the Balkans from their yoke.Instead,the 3 mentioned countries only replaced the Ottomans as occupiers in a newly divided country,something like Germany at the end of WWII divided in American,British,French and Soviet occupying zone.And no one asked the Macedonian people anything.Is that enough explained for you or do I have to draw it out for you?
