Ok I haven't used the forum before to post a thread and read threads every now and then. SO I would like to ask what this forum actually does for the Macedonian people???

I have read through the forums and yeah I see it's about the truth etc. But what's bitching on a forum no Greek or any politician will read going to do :S just saying

Welcome to the forum Kralot,

The Administrators can best answer where and how this forum goes to, but suffice it to say, generally, public opinion can effect government thinking, and public opinion can be swayed by individual opinions if they gain popularity and momentum.

I would think, you, like many people, read different sources of information and come across different opinions which you use to form your own opinions. This forum is one such place for information and opinions. Hopefully you find it informative and mentally stimulating enough that you keep coming back and maybe choose to contribute to.

In addition to being a source of information and opinions, ideas are formed and some put into action such as eg. "Germany - Say Macedonia"

and support the human rights organisations (MHRMI) initiative to petition the Macedonian Government to stop negotiating the Macedonian name away and accompanying media campaign in and out of Macedonia.

Kralot, a very basic question from you. You say you have read the forum before so I am sure you would have an appreciation of what purpose it serves. But I would imagine your first question might well be what purpose is a forum in general. I will leave that to you.

More importantly you are wondering what this forum does for Macedonian people. If you are Macedonian, it is immediately apparent what it does. It presents a Macedonian perspective on matters of history, politics and other general matters.

It is imperative to have Macedonians exploring and explaining their own history & perspectives. Much of the Macedonian perspective has never been so prominent in such a fashion before. If you search for Macedonian matters online, you will be led to this forum very quickly. If you don't know it already, it will soon become apparent that this forum serves a purpose to Macedonians far greater than most personal interest forums do.

Ohh yes, Greeks follows this forum and thats how i learned this;

In the case of the Australian Macedonian forum members, this site has created certain dynamics, which inturn has brought together many like minded people that may have never crossed paths if the forum didn't exist. These new relationships have contributed to real benefits for the Macedonian cause, thereby serving the interests of Macedonians.

Its so funny because that Greek guy didnt meet a Turk that can speak good English, it means that Turks cant speak proper English. The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson is Turkish he speaks English very well.

Politically I don't see this forum solving anything. Risto in every forum I have seen your posts and all you do is be a smart ass to all members. Thanks for proving to me that your a douche bag. Instead of being nice and explaining to me what I asked you decided to be a smartass good on you feel proud. Also if someone wants to really do something for Macedonia there will be MPs selected from the diaspora for the Macedonian parliment this year even one from Australia. Since Risto is so great why doesn't he run for it??? Also I spoke to a person I know from Woolongong and he said he had bad experiance with this forum. According to him this forum closed down his Macedonian radio station. Again just asking for real answers not smart ass responses.
